Meditation Magic ==> Take it Serious <==

Hey Everyone! :) Welcome to my blog. And READ THIS first ==> 

THIS POST IS NOT GOING TO BE BORING FOR ANYONE. IT'S GOING TO HELP YOU OUT ONLY IN SOME WAY OR THE OTHER. THIS IS MY PERSONAL VIEW AND I KNOW MEDITATION HAS PROVED TO BE A HEALER, A FRIEND AND A GUIDE ABOVE ALL IN MY LIFE. SO I THOUGHT TO SHARE SOME OF MY VIEWS ABOUT THIS FOR YOUR BETTERMENT AND HAPPINESS :)

So let's begin :D
Hello everyone! I'm glad you are reading this further because even you believe that Meditation is peaceful, helpful and above all the most important part of life. I am not talking about from the spiritual point of view, since I'm only 20 i got no such philosophical views or something. I enjoy life, eat, sleep, drink, shop, enjoy with my friends and family but I have always believed in the power of meditation. Where did i got this word from, you may ask? So let me tell you! My mom is a spiritual person, she told me about meditation and it's benefits and it's spiritual connection with god. Now i dunno when I'm going to meet or experience god within me like her but whatever she told me made some sense as this TOOL definitely changed my life. This practice is not at all easy, trust me. It's very difficult to cut off from the outside world , divert your mind from beauty, health and everything else and feel the magic within. Okay but i don't do it seriously to be very honest but once in a while i love doing it to understand myself, my inner thoughts, my inner guidance and the power of my thoughts. So yeah! i thought to myself to share with you all what is this and how can you get the benefits and happiness you deserve, through this meditation.
So first of all - ppl who don't know what's meditation is - 
I'm going to write my definition for this, I'm not opening any Wikipedia or something for this. But these are my own words. 


==> Meditation for me is HAPPINESS, JOY, SEARCH FOR WHO I AM AND WHAT I WANT TO BE. It is a guidance tool , a healer and a friend whose always going to hear me and solve my problems no matter what happens!
So that is what I've experienced and that is what i define meditation for me.

Okay so what i want you guys to do is : ( only if ur willing to experience this inner most important tool or best experience ever) 
Sit in a comfortable place with sofas around you, make it as comfortable as you want. 
Now gently close your eyes.
take in a deep breath and breathe out and do it gently, you will get distracted the first time but try it. relax yourself and try to figure out what all thoughts surround you. Slowly and gently! Now try to erase those thoughts or let them pass by and clear ur mind. Just spend those moments with yourself. MAKE A POINT in your mind. and just focus on that point. try to clear ur thoughts. 
Do this exercise for now . Do it for 5/10 mins. Don't stress up everything.
what i want you guys to experience is the silence which we all miss in this 24/7 running world. 
JUST spend some time with yourself and make sure you enjoy the moments. 
See the magic within. You will realize there is a voice within you which is your inner guide. ASK THAT VOICE, talk to her and feel the difference. 
:) I love doing that specially when I am in stress or confusion. I try to listen to this inner voice for guidance and help. And it does answer all of my questions which satisfy me.
So i hope you guys will try that once at least. AND ONCE AGAIN
MY POST IS NOT BORING :/ It's only going to help you out!! :) :D 
you will enjoy this activity more in the open area like your garden or any comfortable place like your bedroom.
But hey! don't fall asleep like me :P hahah!
So i hope this tool will definitely help you, relax you and clear your mind a little so that you can put good thoughts and stuff into your brain which is definitely going to reflect in your actions. ( day to day) 
This post is not going to end here but I'll add more content for you guys about this. ( again only if you're interested )

  1. hey:)!! nice one.. iv always wanted to try and meditate but im like the most restless soul! i just cant shut up and be so peaceful! but u know, after reading ur post, im surely going to try it:)! will update!

  2. Hey! thanks for reading! i know it's very difficult for us to do something like that. In the beginning we feel it's a tough job too but when you practice you surely understand that it is something meant for us only! Meditation has a lot of uses. So the best you can do to experience this magic power is do it for 5/10 mins and then increase your potential :)
