5 Useful Tips For ==> PREVENTING HAIR FALL <==

How are you doing? 


Today, i'm going to share some of my tips to reduce hair fall. May be you have heard these tips before! But I really want to convey it my way to you guys. One of my reader has asked me this question. So i really want to share my views on this. This is all tried and tested by me. And it really really works. 


So in this post i will be sharing 5 useful tips to reduce hair-fall. Oh they really piss you, isn't it? :( 
But every problem has a SOLUTION! :) So be happy first of all. This is just a general situation faced by almost everyone!

So tip no.1 : ''PROPER DIET IS VERY IMPORTANT''
Avoid junkie >_< I mean the junk food.
For healthy hair, it's very important to eat green vegetables, protein & vitamin rich food. If you are eating healthy food then your hair will grow long and strong. And you might have heard this from several hair experts as well. We all know this fact but still we find difficulty in accepting this FACT!
Obviously, i am not saying - don't ever eat junkie. But set a limit for yourself. Your healthy diet should be more than your junkie. And I've heard drinking milk is also very good for hair growth. My point is ACCEPT HEALTHY LIVING HABITS AND AVOID JUNK!
so, 80% of your hair problems will fade quickly. 


tip no2 : ''DO NOT USE HOT MACHINES ON YOUR HAIR FREQUENTLY''
okay! so i know most of us love to straight and curl our hair to look gorgeous. But at the end of the day we all know we are going to deal with our original hair. So if that isn't healthy, forget machines. They are not going to keep your hair shiny or gorgeous for long! so Avoid hot machines, blow dryers, curling irons etc. Just straighten them occasionally. And if you have thin-medium hair you should really start avoiding these as much as you can. Even i have medium hair and i try to avoid machines as much as i can. It's a bit hurting i know for us :( But anything for the sake of real- healthy hair? ;) isn't it? 


tip no3: '' DON'T USE A LOT OF CHEMICALS ON YOUR HAIR '' 
Seriously, our problem is to try all new kinds of chemicals and stuff on our poor hair. Let's make a promise today. We will try not to use a lot of chemicals on our hair, specially idk what all stuff they are selling in the market. Just stick to your shampoo and change it once in a blue moon. that's it. Avoid all the chemical stuff. Oh but yeah! one thing i wanna say is - when you are straightening your hair. Do use hair spray for heat protection. At least it will provide some kind of coating on your hair. 


tip no4: '' MASSAGE YOUR HAIR WITH HOT OIL '' 
It's very important to oil your hair atleast once in a week for better nourishment. Use the best kind of hair oil. I use lavender and ylang ylang hair oil. You can use coconut or almond or any type of oil that suits you. Olive oil is also very good for oiling. Just warm it a little bit, give a good massage to scalp and let it stay for 1 night and wash your hair next day. PLEASE - do not skip this! It's VERY important! :)


and last but not the least ------------> 


tip no5: '' MEDITATE FOR SOMETIME & AVOID STRESS '' 
When you start following all the above 4 steps properly. Bring this 5th step in your life. AVOID STRESS. Many men and women loose all their hair because of stress and worry. Take some time. relax and meditate a little bit for that inner glow on your face and don't take stress a lot. Otherwise it is really going to harm your body. And one more tip is to take proper sleep, which is very important for the body.

    ppl can go fr overnight curling methods if they want to curl
    I prefer blow dryer atleast fr monsoons else the humidity makes my hair to damn frizzy

    i hv ben suffrn frm hair fall frm 1yr n i hv already lost my hairline frm front,,,thr hv been side bald patches on my head n hair quantity is also very less,,,does sesa oil wil grow new hair n also increase hairline awht???

    First of all just relax, take a deep breath and know that hairfall is very natural. And it depends not only on the products you use but also other factors like diet, sleep etc.
