**Aloo Gobhi** - Mystyle~ Simple and Delicious! ;)

Hey foodies! :)
Here's a quick and easy Aloo Gobhi recipe! It's simple and delicious. 
Serve it anytime during the day with your fave Bread.  
Preparation time - 10-15 mins!

Let's see what all you need. Here you go! ^_^
Ingredients : 
1. cauliflower florets - (from 1 medium sized cauliflower )
2. potatoes - 3-4 ( cut into wedges)
3. Cumin seeds half tsp. 
4. Ginger paste - I added fresh ginger paste
5. red chilli powder according to taste -1/2 tsp
6. Salt - according to taste
7. Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
8. Coriander powder - half tsp
9. Garam Masala powder - half tsp
10. fresh chopped coriander to garnish
11. Tomato puree or blend 2 tomatoes to get the juice. 
12. Oil to cook.  3-4 tbsp. 

Recipe :) 
 Take a non stick pan. And add 3 tbsp of oil. Let it heat a little and add cumin seeds. Saute till the color changes. 
Now add fresh ginger paste and saute for a min. 
Add the florets and potatoes and stir the vegetables nicely. 
Let it cook for 2 mins and now it's time for spices - 
So add Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and coriander powder according to taste. 
Saute it well and let it cook. Put the lid on for a minute also. 
Now add fresh tomato puree and mix everything well.
Cook  until the potatoes and florets are done!
check the spices. 
And see if your aloo gobhi is cooked properly. 
And now it's time to garnish.. 
So grab the coriander leaves and top it up. 
Also you can add, thinly stripped ginger on the top to give it an extra taste!
And you are ready to serve!

serve hot with your fave bread. And that's all.... :D
