Meditation Benefits + Chakra Balancing and Healing Meditation Introduction Video -

Hey everyone! :)
I hope  you're doing fine and I'm actually busy with my final year exams! 
But took out some time to make a quick video for you on one of my favorite things in life - Meditation.

Now, In this video I'm talking about Chakra meditation as well, the process of clearing out and balancing your body and healing all the areas of your life. If you are someone who loves to do meditation and yoga this might help you!
My exams are going on and i study till late night , So the best time for me to meditate is around 3 am or something but i really really enjoy doing this because I know it keeps me going and completely cleanses my body and mind from negativity.
